The mini-issue that our backers funded has arrived today!
This issue contains two original works by Maurice Broaddus ("The Legacy of Alexandria") and Beth Dawkins ("Small Hopes and Fears"), an editorial, and a round table discussion with the slush team led by Lesley Conner.
I struggled a bit with how best to distribute this to everyone. We're using Backerkit, but it doesn't appear there is any easy way to mass send a file with the service. Then it occurred to me that since the issue is free, I might as well put it up on an FTP server and share the download link with everyone!

Work on issue 121 is progressing on schedule. I hope to post a table of contents early next week! Look for the issue to arrive on January 5th.
The bonus mini-issue featuring original stories by Maurice Broaddus and Beth Dawkins and the Lesley Conner round table with the slush team is nearing completion. We hope to deliver the issue to ALL backers next month.
Can you believe it's almost October? We are only 97 days from the release of issue 121!
There are 73 backers who have not filled out the backer surveys. Our Backerkit store closes on October 1st, so if you want to complete your survey while grabbing some add-ons, the window is closing!

Once we have the surveys locked in, we'll be able to quantify how many of which items we need.
Work on the mini-issue continues. Cover art has been commissioned. Beth Dawkins has turned in her story. Maurice is nearly finished with his. And Lesley will be conducted the round-robin interview with our first readers soon.
We expect to have the mini-issue ready by December. The rest of the rewards will be mailed out during January/February.
Most of the stories have been selected, so we hope to have a table of contents reveal in a few weeks. In the meantime, enjoy this cover reveal!
